David Beckham will have a painkilling injection to be fit for tomorrow’s MLS Cup final, the Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder said tonight. Beckham, 34, has been struggling with a bruised bone in his right ankle during the Galaxy’s run to this weekend’s Major League Soccer title decider against Real Salt Lake.
